Refund policy

At Kalavrit, each item is made just for you. That means:

• Cancellations: Can only be made within 4 hours of placing your order.
• No Refunds or Exchanges on customised or hand-painted products.
• If your order arrives damaged, please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery at kalavritstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
• For non-customised items, returns may be accepted within 3 days (only if the product is unused and in original packaging). Return shipping to be borne by the customer.
