Kalavrit was born from a need to breathe - to pause, reflect, and create when the world felt overwhelming. I'm Aishwarya Kulkarni, and what began as a personal return to painting during a difficult phase became something far more meaningful. I wasn’t chasing a brand - I was reconnecting with myself. Slowly, that journey turned into Kalavrit: a space to turn emotions into art, and everyday objects into something deeply personal.

As a child, I found comfort in art and that became my quiet language, my identity, my safe place. Years later, I'm still painting. Only now, it’s not just for me - it’s for anyone who wants to see a little bit of themselves in the things they own.

The name Kalavrit comes from two words: Kala (art) and Avrit (surrounded by). It reflects what I believe in deeply - that your life, your home, and your heart deserve to be surrounded by art. Not just decor - but feeling, memory, meaning. Kalavrit is a piece of my heart, created to find a place in yours.

We paint more than just surfaces. Every jar, lamp, or tumbler carries something personal - a name, a memory, a quiet emotion. At Kalavrit, we create hand-painted pieces that feel like home, that feel like you.

If you believe in heartfelt gestures, thoughtful gifting, and finding beauty in the little things — you're one of us.
